This coffee is decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, a natural process which uses no chemicals and only water to extract caffeine from the coffee beans. Also using a more delicate husking method which allows remnants of the natural husk to remain on the bean providing an extra sweetness.
About Deep Canyon Coffee
Rich Angstreich has been roasting beans for his coffee shop in Southern Pines, North Carolina, for over 20 years. When his son Mike, who also happens to be the founder of Pakku Roba, started bringing his dad’s coffee on off-roading trips, he found himself begrudgingly sharing with friends who enthusiastically proclaimed it to be some of the best coffee they’d ever had. And so, Deep Canyon Coffee was born.
